Munich, 1. January 2006 - The Munich based strategy consulting firm with focus on the Life Science Industry, Novumed GmbH, has further strengthened its team with the appointment of Dr. N. as strategy consultant.

Dr. N. is a highly qualified professional with strong background in biomedical sciences. Prior to her appointment with Novumed GmbH in January 2006, Dr. N. was postdoctoral research fellow at Harvard Medical School in Boston, USA. Dr. N. studied biology at the University of Würzburg, and holds a PhD in biochemistry from the University of Salzburg. Her scientific research interests were in the field of immunolgy with strong focus on allergy and autoimmune diseases. In addition to her scientific expertise, Dr. N. received professional training in marketing and communication at Emerson College in Boston, USA, and is experienced with public relations. The strong background in biochemistry with focus on medical research topics qualifies Dr. N. to combine her scientific expertise with the challenges of strategy consulting in the fast growing life science industry.
