Educational fit:
- Excellent university degrees (PhD and MBA preferred)
- Fluent in German and English
- International experience
- Novumed relevant education: Economists and business administrators (Focus on Finance/Controlling), chemists/biochemists, MDs, pharmacists
Practical experience:
- Financial Controller with industry experience in large and mid-sized companies
- Natural scientists with experience in the life science industry or in hospitals
- Strategy consultants with experience in top management consulting firms
Consulting skills:
- Creative personality, who enjoys contributing to a team
- Strong communicator, able to communicate complex circumstances
- Excellent analyst, who identifies the crucial conclusions
